Promising Indian Society is committed to improving access to healthcare for underserved communities through its Mobile Medical Van – OPD on Wheels initiative. Designed to bridge gaps in healthcare accessibility, the programme delivers essential medical services directly to vulnerable populations, ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for those who face barriers in accessing conventional healthcare facilities.

Equipped with diagnostic equipment, basic laboratory services, medicines, and healthcare professionals, the Mobile Medical Van provides medical consultations, health screenings, first-aid treatment, and health awareness services. The initiative focuses on early disease detection, preventive healthcare, and community outreach, helping improve overall health outcomes and quality of life.

As part of this programme, Mobile Medical Vans were deployed in Patan District, Gujarat, providing doorstep healthcare services, free medical check-ups, and medicines to 15,000 rural residents. The initiative was further expanded in Ahmedabad West District, Gujarat, where another Mobile Medical Van delivered primary healthcare services, health screenings, and chronic disease management support to 15,000 underserved urban residents.

Through the Mobile Medical Van – OPD on Wheels initiative, Promising Indian Society continues to strengthen community healthcare systems and ensure that essential medical services reach those who need them most, fostering healthier and more resilient communities.
